NEEDS

Has God Forgotten about my needs? Why hasn't he provided when i need it most?

God's Response
One day Ruth the Moabite said to Naomi, "Let me go out into the harvest fields to pick up the stalks of grain left behind by anyone who is kind enough to let me do ti. "Naomi replied. "All right, my daughter, go ahead." So Ruth went out to gather grain behind the harvesters. And as it happened, she found herself working in a field that belonged to Boaz, the relative of her father-in-law, Elimelech. Ruth 2:2-3

Our Takeaway
Ruth had voluntarily made her home in a foreign land. Instead of depending on her mother-in-law, Naomi, to provide for her, or waiting for "good fortune" to drop into her lap, she took the initiative. She went to work. She was not afraid to admit her need or work hard to supply it. When Ruth went out to the fields, God provided for her.

God's Promise
Fear the Lord, your his Godly people, for those who fear him will have all they need.
Psalm 34:9
